The preparation method comprises steps as follows: step 1, the cleaning fluid is prepared in parts; drugs in components are weighed respectively when each part of cleaning fluid is prepared; step 2, the drugs are dissolved in the normal saline, and the cleaning fluid is prepared; step 3, each part of the cleaning fluid is sub-packaged and subjected to vacuum sealing. Multiple polyene antibiotics, aminoglycoside antibiotics and penicillin are added to the cleaning fluid, umbilical cord tissue can be prevented from being infectedwith microorganisms in the cleaning process in a targeted manner, and the cleaning fluid has a better antibacterial effect as compared with ordinary normal saline for cleaning.
