Embodiment 1

[0050] Embodiment 1, water-soluble phenazine dye AHPN in pure aqueous phase UV recognition of Cu 2+

[0051] Add Fe to AHPN aqueous solution (distilled water) 3+ , Hg 2+ , Ag + , Ca 2+ , Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ , Ni 2+ , Cd 2+ , Pb 2+ , Zn 2+ , Cr 3+ and Mg 2+. Observe with the naked eye, if the AHPN aqueous solution changes rapidly from bright yellow to blood red (2 + , otherwise other metal cations are added.

Embodiment 2

[0052] Example 2, water-soluble phenazine dye AHPN fluorescent recognition of Cu in pure water phase 2+

[0053] Add Fe to AHPN aqueous solution (distilled water) 3+ , Hg 2+ , Ag + , Ca 2+ , Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ , Ni 2+ , Cd 2+ , Pb 2+ , Zn 2+ , Cr 3+ and Mg 2+ . Observed under a 365nm ultraviolet lamp, if the fluorescence of the AHPN aqueous solution is rapidly quenched (2+ , otherwise other metal cations are added.

Embodiment 3

[0054] Embodiment 3, the making and application of detection test paper

[0055] Cut the filter paper into strips of equal length and width and put them into a dry watch glass. Soak them in distilled water and then soak them in 3mol / L dilute hydrochloric acid. Wash with distilled water until the dilute hydrochloric acid is completely washed away; Dry in oven. Put the completely dried filter paper strips into a dry watch glass, and use a pipette to absorb the concentration of 2×10 -4 The mol / L AHPN solution completely soaks the filter paper strip, lays it flat and then puts it into an oven for drying. The dried test paper strip is bright yellow, and bright yellow fluorescence occurs under the fluorescent lamp.

[0056] Put the detection test strips prepared above into a dry watch glass, and drop Fe 3+ , Hg 2+ , Ag + , Ca 2+ , Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ , Ni 2+ , Cd 2+ , Pb 2+ , Zn 2+ , Cr 3+ and Mg 2+ , it was found that only dropwise Cu 2+ , the color of the test strip immedia...

Abstract

The invention relates to application of a water-soluble phenazine dye to identifying, adsorbing and removing copper ions in a water sample. The invention discloses a new use of the water-soluble phenazine dye as a sensor for the naked-eye fluorescent double-channel singly selective identification of Cu<2+>. Fe<3+>, Hg<2+>, Ag<+>, Ca<2+>, Cu2<+>, Co2<+>, Ni2<+>, Cd2<+>, Pb<2+>, Zn2<+>, Cr<3+> and Mg<2+> are separately added into a water-soluble phenazine dye aqueous solution, only the addition of the Cu<2+> enables the color of the water-soluble phenazine dye aqueous solution to turn into bloodred from bright yellow, and the fluorescence of the water-soluble phenazine dye aqueous solution is quenched under ultraviolet light. A titration experiment shows that the minimum detection limit ofthe fluorescence response of the water-soluble phenazine dye to the Cu<2+> is 2.16*10<-7>M, and the minimum detection limit of the ultraviolet response of the water-soluble phenazine dye to the Cu<2+>is 7.61*10<-6>M. At the same time, the water-soluble phenazine dye can be used as an adsorbent for adsorbing and removing Cu2<+> in the water sample.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a new application of a water-soluble phenazine dye—as a sensor for single selective recognition of Cu in naked-eye fluorescence dual-channel 2+ The application, as an adsorbent in the adsorption of Cu in wastewater 2+ The application of the invention belongs to the technical field of ion detection and wastewater treatment. Background technique [0002] The earliest applications of phenazine and its derivatives are dyes, which have been used in the industrial field for more than 100 years. The earliest used as a dye is called sepsis violet (1-hydroxy-5-methylphenazine), which can provide all phenazine dyes with shades of red, orange and magenta, in its 3-position, or 7-position , or 3,7- basically have unsubstituted amino groups. They can be prepared as leucosomes of vat dyes. It has a good affinity for cotton fiber, after being absorbed by the fiber, after being oxidized by air or other oxidants, it will return to a...
