Abstract

The invention provides a viscosity-adjusting bubble-stabilizing functional material for concrete as well as preparation and use methods of the material, and relates to the concrete additive. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that of bubble bursting caused by gradual loss of a gas content and vibration of concrete in current winter construction process. The viscosity-adjusting bubble-stabilizing functional material for the concrete comprises the following components: a liquid film reinforcing agent, a slurry viscosity-adjusting agent, a flocculation accelerant and a slurry reinforcing agent, wherein the liquid film reinforcing agent is one or a combination of two selected from a modified silicone resin polyether micro-emulsion and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, and the slurry reinforcing agent is limestone powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing an aqueous solution from the liquid film reinforcing agent, adding the aqueous solutioninto a mixture of the slurry viscosity-adjusting agent, the flocculation accelerant and the slurry reinforcing agent, performing uniform mixing, and performing drying to obtain the functional material. When the functional material provided by the invention is used, the viscosity-adjusting bubble-stabilizing functional material for the concrete is added into concrete slurry containing an air entraining agent, and uniform mixing is performed. The concrete obtained after the functional material is added has segregation resistance improved by three times or more than that of concreted without addition of the functional material, and the functional material can be used in the field of construction.
