The method includes: building a greenhouse, setting up a hydroponic system, preparing the biogas slurry, cultivating seedlings, planting, fertilizing and managing, harvesting, replacing the biogasslurry and the like. Supply of high-quality vegetables and up-to-standard discharge of piggery wastewater are realized. Nasturtium officinale and ipomoea aquatica which are suitable for hydroponics and high in stain resistance and purifying ability are selected, nasturtium officinale is subjected to hydroponic culture from October to March of the next year, and ipomoea aquatica is subjected to hydroponic culture from April to September, and annual decomposing of the piggery biogas slurry is completed through rotation of the two kinds of vegetables.
