Problems solved by technology
Studies in recent years have found that polydatin has other pharmacological effects. In addition to discovering that polydatin has biological effects in anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, and anti-shock, it also plays an active role in anti-tissue fibrosis , but almost no research on polydatin in intrauterine adhesions

[0125] Example A kind of application of polydatin in the preparation of drugs for the treatment and prevention of intrauterine adhesions: 125mg polydatin powder was dissolved in 2mL dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and after it was completely dissolved, it was diluted with normal saline to form corresponding dosing concentration. Finally, the drugs of each concentration were divided into sterilized EP tubes, sealed, marked, and stored at -20°C for future use, and the polydatin injection that can treat and prevent intrauterine adhesions was obtained.

The present invention relates to an application of polydatin in preparation of a drug for treating and preventing intrauterine adhesions. The polydatin is an extract obtained by alcohol extraction from dried rhizomes and roots of reynoutria japonica belonging to polygonaceae plants, and various dosage forms of the drug for treating and preventing the intrauterine adhesion at least contain the polydatin. The polydatin is used as an active ingredient, has good anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects, is remarkable in effects, clear in mechanism of action and clear in target, and meets requirements for development of pharmaceutical preparations.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to the application of polydatin in the preparation of medicines for treating and preventing intrauterine adhesions. Background technique [0002] Intrauterine adhesions (IUA), also known as Asherman syndrome, is the formation of adhesions in the uterine cavity or cervix due to various factors, causing patients to often have abnormal menstruation, chronic pelvic pain and reproductive system disorders. Intrauterine adhesions seriously affect the physical and mental health of women of childbearing age. The disease is mostly caused by abortion and curettage. With the continuous development and improvement of diagnosis and treatment technology, the detection rate of intrauterine adhesions has also increased accordingly, accounting for about 90% of women of childbearing age suffering from intrauterine adhesions. However, there is no good treatment for intrauterine adhesions in clinical prac...
