The high-temperature and low-temperature resisting ferrite material comprises following components including, by mass percent, 0.17 wt%-0.25 wt% of C, 0.40 wt%-0.80 wt% of Mn, larger than0 and smaller than or equal to 0.4 wt% of Si, larger than 0 and smaller than or equal to 0.025 wt% of P, larger than 0 and smaller than or equal to 0.025 wt% of S, 1.20 wt%-1.50 wt% of Cr, larger than 0 and smaller than or equal to 0.60 wt% of Ni, 0.55 wt%-0.80 wt% of Mo, larger than 0 and smaller than or equal to 0.030 wt% of Al, larger than 0 and smaller than or equal to 0.030 wt% of V and thebalance Fe and inevitable impurities.
