Abstract

The invention provides rose polyphenol effervescent tablets and a preparation method thereof. The effervescent tablets are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass of 8-12 parts of water-soluble rose polyphenol powder, 4-10 parts of vitamin C, 100-200 parts of an acid agent, 50-100 parts of an alkaline agent, 50-70 parts of a stabilizing agent and 0.2-0.5 part of aspartame. The invention further provides a preparation method of rose polyphenol instant powder. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the water-soluble rose polyphenol powder from raw materials ofroses, uniformly mixing the materials according to the formula, and performing pressing so as to obtain the effervescent tablets. The effervescent tablets obtained by the method have rose fragrance,are convenient to carry and take, have high oxidation resistance, and can strengthen organism immunity and maintain body health.
