Embodiment Construction

[0020] The invention provides a flame-retardant bio-based PA56 composite material and a preparation method thereof.

[0021] [Bio-based PA56]

[0022] PA56 uses at least pentamethylenediamine (biomass source) and adipic acid as raw materials for production. Pentamethylenediamine is produced by a biological fermentation process (such as produced by decarboxylation of lysine under the action of decarboxylase) and contains at least part of organic carbon from renewable sources that meets the standard of ASTM D6866. Specifically, the bio-based polyamide is bio-based PA56, with a relative viscosity of 2.0-4.0, a relative viscosity lower than 2.0, a material with poor mechanical properties, and a relative viscosity higher than 4.0, which is difficult to process with existing equipment. Bio-based PA56 The mass parts are 100 parts.

[0023] [flame retardant]

[0024] The flame retardant is melamine pyrophosphate MPP (HT-213), which is purchased from Jinan Taixing Fine Chemical Co.,...

Abstract

The invention provides a flame-resistant bio-based PA56 composite material, and a preparation method thereof. The blame-resistant bio-based PA56 composite material comprises 100 parts of bio-based PA56, 10 to 20 parts of mica, 5 to 10 parts of low melting point glass powder, 10 to 25 parts of a fire retardant, and 2 to 5 parts of a flame resistant synergistic agent. In combustion process, the flame-resistant bio-based PA56 composite material is capable of forming a ceramic polyamide composition, so that secondary disaster caused by formation of a carburization zone in polymer combustion process can be prevented; and the flame-resistant bio-based PA56 composite material can be used for preparation of cable insulation layers and electric appliance housings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials, and relates to a flame-retardant bio-based PA56 composite material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Due to their excellent mechanical properties and formability, polyamides are often used for sheathing and insulation of electrical cables, components of electrical and electronic equipment and many other applications. The flame-retardant modified polyamide has good flame retardancy, is a self-extinguishing material, and has good electrical insulation performance. However, these flame-retardant polymers are only flame-retardant, and will eventually form ashes when exposed to open flames or high-temperature combustion. In the application of electronic appliances and wires, they will cause short circuits or personal injury, causing secondary damage. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provide...
