The invention relates to a raising method of endangered mangrove plant sonneratia paracaseolaris seedlings. The raising method comprises the following steps that (1) seeds are put in a 100-200 mg/L gibberellin solution to be soaked for 1.5-2 hours; (2) the soaked seeds are put in a seeding raising block; the seeding raising block is put in a greenhouse of 25-30 DEG C, and illumination is supplemented (the strength is 6,000-10,000 lux); a bactericide is sprayed; (3) seedlings with 3-4 main leaves are selected and transplanted into a seeding raising bag containing nutrient soil (sphagnum moss, sea mud and sea sand) together with the seeding raising block, and the seeding raising bag is placed on the hard cement floor; the seeding raising bag is watered with diluted sea salt water every day,and sun-shading is carried out; (4) sterilization, insect killing and topdressing are carried out; (5) after the stems of the seedlings are lignified, a sunshade net is removed, and the seedlings arewatered with the diluted sea salt water every day; (6) the sonneratia paracaseolaris seedlings are transplanted to the wild for planting after growing to more than 40 centimeters. The raising method of the sonneratia paracaseolaris seedlings which has the advantages that the seed germination rate reaches 82-95%, and the seedling rate reaches 73-94% is provided by reasonably preparing the nutrientsoil and reasonably regulating and controlling operating parameters of seed treatment, germination, transplanting and the like.
