Abstract

The invention discloses a sequential control configuration method of a water processing system. The method comprises a main program, all subprograms, an automatic entire filter system startup program,and an automatic entire filter system stop program. The all filter sequential control subprograms include single cell filter subprograms, single cell filter backwashing programs, and single cell filter stop subprograms. According to the invention, all subprograms are nested into the main program and manual, program-control and step-control selection buttons are added. The operator can select onefilter cell randomly based on the actual need to carry out backwashing in a forced manner, so that the flexibility and convenience of operation control are enhanced. Since a backwashing application signal, a backwashing end signal, and priority determination are introduced into the sequential control, only one filter cell is in a backwashing state at the same time and each filter cell can carry out backwashing timely based on a time sequence, so that the device is protected, the service life of the device is prolonged effectively, the work efficiency of the operator is improved substantially,and the labor intensity is reduced.
