The transparent cathode structure includes a first dielectric layer, a transparent metal layer and a second dielectric layer; wherein the first dielectric layer includes a first dielectric material and a first dopant material mixed with each other; the work function of the first dopant material lower than the work function of the first dielectric material; a transparent metal layer is provided on a surface of the first dielectric layer; a second dielectric layer is provided on a surface of the transparent metal layer away from the first dielectric layer. The transparent cathode structure can improve the performance of the organic light emitting diode.
