The high-toughness PVDF thin membrane material is prepared from, by weight, 60%-70% of PVDF, 5%-20% of PMMA, 10%-20% of titanium dioxide, 0-10% of a flexibilizer, 0-0.5% of an antioxidant and 0-0.5% of an ultraviolet absorbent, wherein the flexibilizer is a polymer with the glass transition temperature lower than or equal to T, and T is greater than or equal to 0 DEG C and less than or equal to 25 DEG C. By adding the flexibilizer with the glass transition temperature lower than or equal to the normal temperature, a PVDF thin membrane still has certaintoughness at the normal temperature or the low temperature, and therefore the degree of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the PVDF thin membrane material is reduced.
