Abstract

The invention relates to a deep-sea mining conveying hard pipe clamping and swinging device which is used for hard pipe arranging and recycling in the deep-sea mining engineering. The deep-sea miningconveying hard pipe clamping and swinging device is composed of a moon pool work platform, a movable door assembly, a movable slip, a universal joint, a hydraulic pump station and an electrical control system of the hydraulic pump station. The diameter of a through hole of a movable door is designed according to the size of hard pipes used in the sea mining engineering, and core supplementing or core changing is not needed. A perpendicular overturning oppositely-opening manner is adopted for opening and closing of the movable door, a hydraulic oil cylinder is installed below the moon pool workplatform for controlling the angle and speed of the movable door, and the space around the work platform is not occupied. The movable slip and the universal joint can be used for clamping a pipelineso as to facilitate butt joint, in addition, inclination or deflection with a certain angle of the pipeline in the horizontal direction can be compensated for, and the pipeline is prevented from beingextruded to bend or generate cracks under the underwater ocean current effect.
