Different reagents can be introduced into the pipe body through the plurality of connection ports, flow to the opening through the though holes in the liquid outlet pipe, and enter the interior of a liquid preparation tank; the through holes are symmetrically formed, so that the reagents can collide with each other when the reagents flow out so as to achieve the uniform stirring and the blending of the reagents, and thus the problem that the reagents need to be uniformly stirred by using an electric tool during the reagent blending by a conventional liquid blending tank is solved.
