At least three longitudinal beams are laid at the upper ends of the cross beams, the back shores are installed in the middles of the upper ends of the longitudinal beams, and at least five adjusting plates are bedded between the back shore at the upper portion and the back shore at the lower portion. When loads exist on the top, the top loads are transmitted to the longitudinal beams, then the loads can be transmitted to the cross beams through the longitudinal beams,enough work space is achieved, stability and safety of supporting frame demounting are ensured, and therefore multiple supporting frames can be demounted synchronously at the same time according to field requirements or structural design requirements, and down-warping deformation of a main structure is controlled; and the problem that after a large-span steel structure is spliced at the high altitude, a temporary supporting system of the large-span steel structure can be hardly stably demounted is solved.
