Embodiment 1

[0026] 1) Synthesis of photothermal nanomaterial polydopamine (PDA-NPs): Weigh 0.05g dopamine (DA) powder and disperse it in a mixed solvent of 10mL distilled water and 4mL alcohol. After fully stirring and mixing, add 0.1mL ammonia water dropwise, Protect from light, stir well, carry out oxidative self-polymerization at room temperature for 20 hours, centrifuge the reaction solution at a speed of 12000r / min, pour off the supernatant, add alcohol and ultrasonically disperse and clean, repeat three times. The final product was obtained after vacuum drying at 60°C for 12 hours.

Abstract

The invention discloses a temperature-responsible photothermal nanomaterial and a preparation method thereof. A nanomaterial polydopamine (PDA-NPs) used as a substrate is copolymerized with 3-[N,N-dimethyl-[2-(2-methylpropyl-2-enoyloxy)ethyl]azaniumyl]propane-1-sulfonate (SBMA) by using 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) to adjust the upper critical solution temperature (UCST), and chemical cross-linking is carried out to form a gel. The temperature-responsible photothermal nanomaterial prepared in the invention has a sensitive response performance to the ambient temperature, has a good photothermal effect, good self-healing ability and good cell / tissue adhesion, and can be applied to fields of controlled drug delivery, sensors and tissue engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical materials, and in particular relates to a photothermal nanometer material capable of responding to temperature and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Temperature-responsive smart hydrogels can respond to external stimuli and change their structures or properties according to environmental changes; thus, these materials hold great promise for a wide range of applications, such as controlled drug delivery, sensors, and tissue engineering. Among these stimuli, near-infrared light has remarkable deep tissue penetrating ability with little damage to biological specimens, and has been reported to be suitable for biological applications and living tissues. Furthermore, light can be applied instantaneously, making light-responsive hydrogels extremely advantageous in various applications. [0003] Although the existing temperature-responsive materials already have good therapeutic...
