The system comprises a laser light source, a spectrometer, a beam expander, a collimating lens, a first diaphragm, a polarizer, a digital micro mirror, an analyzer, a Kohler mirror, a second diaphragm, a third diaphragm, a collecting mirror, a precision objective table, a converging lens anda photoelectric detector that are arranged successively from left to right along the same optical axis. Besides, the microscopic imaging system also includes a computer connected with the digital micro mirror, the precision objective table, and the photoelectric detector electrically. The computer is used for controlling the digital micro mirror, the precision objective table, and the photoelectric detector. According to the invention, with the provided system, the robustness, sensitivity and resolution of the imaging system can be improved.
