Abstract

A temperature- and pressure-controllable auxiliary system for a gas seal testing platform, the system comprising five portions: a gas pressurization / depressurization circulation system, an experiment box pressure stabilization system, a leak detection system, a temperature control system, and a safety protection system. The auxiliary system is connected to an experiment box via a pipeline, and is used to simulate a service environment of a high-pressure hydrogen storage seal member. The gas pressurization / depressurization circulation system is capable of providing the experiment box with different pressure levels and hydrogen environments having different hydrogen circulation rates. The presence of a low-pressure hydrogen charging pipeline improves hydrogen charging efficiency. The temperature control system performs feedback regulation by means of a difference between a preset testing temperature and an actual temperature, and the feedback adjustment acts on flow regulating valves (6, 13, 19, 24, 29) used to regulate a flow speed of a heat exchange medium, thereby achieving smart temperature control.
