Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic control system for a hydraulic cylinder test bed with hydrostatic support of six oil pads. The hydraulic control system comprises a horizontal hydraulic cylinder, a load hydraulic cylinder and an oil tank, wherein the oil tank is respectively connected with the horizontal hydraulic cylinder and the load hydraulic cylinder. A hydraulic pump is fixedly assembled on the oil tank and is connected with a motor through a shaft coupler. A filter is arranged on the oil tank, and the hydraulic pump is fixedly assembled with a proportional hydraulic valve through the filter. When the horizontal hydraulic cylinder moves, due to the dry friction between a piston rod and a guide sleeve, the pressure of the six oil pads under hydrostatic support is controlled through an upper computer, so that the guide sleeve and the piston rod are in real-time alignment during the movement of the horizontal hydraulic cylinder, and therefore the function of resisting force of friction between variable load and the guide sleeve is realized. The hydraulic control system has the advantages of simple structure, simple principle, easiness in processing and mounting and low cost, can realize the ability to resist eccentric load and dead weight of the test bed, and overcomes the influence of force of friction generated in variable load and the guide sleeve.
