Abstract

The biomass rice seedling raising tray is prepared from raw materials as follows: 75wt%-85wt% of waste mushroom dregs, 10wt%-20wt% of wheat straw powder and 1wt%-10wt% of waste corrugated boards. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: the waste mushroom dregs, the wheat straw powder, the waste corrugated boards and water are injected into a stirring barrel to be stirred for 1.5-2 h to form paste, and then, the paste is cooled to room temperature to obtain rice seedling raising tray slurry; the prepared rice seedling raising tray slurry is sucked into a pressure chamber by a slurry pump and formed under maintained pressure to prepare the rice seedling raising tray. The biomass rice seedling raising tray has the advantages that the technological process is short and stable, the production cost is low, and the biomass rice seedling raising tray is suitable for industrial mass production; a proper quantity of waste corrugated boards are mixed in the rice seedling raising tray, so that the structural stability of the rice seedling raising tray can be substantially enhanced, the culture matrix is improved, and the seedling raising effect is good.
