Abstract

The invention discloses a marine engine tail gas efficient purifying system based on seawater electrolysis and electrostatic spraying. The marine engine tail gas efficient purifying system comprises an electrolytic cell, a washing tank, and a waste liquid and gas processing device; the washing tank comprises a prewashing tank, an oxidizing reaction tank and an alkaline absorption tank; the prewashing tank is connected with a diesel engine, high-temperature tail gas is preprocessed through seawater, and after fine particulate matter, sulfides and nitrogen oxide are removed, tail gas is input into the oxidizing reaction tank; the oxidizing reaction tank conducts oxidizing reaction on the tail gas through oxidization washing liquid, and after CO is removed, the tail gas is input in the alkaline absorption tank; the alkaline absorption tank processes the tail gas through alkaline washing liquid, and SO2 and NO2 are removed; and the tail gas processed through the washing tank, the oxidizingreaction tank and the alkaline absorption tank can be directly exhausted, and moreover, waste liquid in all procedures can be directly discharged into the sea. According to the marine engine tail gasefficient purifying system, the mode of treating waste with waste is adopted, the ship tail gas is effectively treated directly through seawater, waste water obtained during sea water desalinization, and electrolytic products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of ship pollution prevention, and in particular relates to a high-efficiency purification system for marine engine tail gas based on seawater electrolysis and electrostatic spraying. Background technique [0002] In the world's cargo transportation, waterway transportation is favored due to its advantages of large volume, safety, and economy. According to statistics, 80% of the world's goods are transported by ships. However, with the development of the marine shipping industry, serious pollution and marine damage problems have arisen, among which air pollution is the most serious problem. According to statistics, in 2012 alone, the NOx emission of marine diesel engines was about 19 million tons, and the SO2 emission was about 10.24 million tons, accounting for 15% and 13% of the total global NOx and SO2 emissions respectively. [0003] The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has formulated a series o...
