Abstract

The invention discloses fiber reinforced high performance concrete for an embankment side ditch. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 161-184 partsof zone II medium sand, 170-184 parts of crushed stone with a particle size of 5-10 mm, 33-34 parts of water, 32-40 parts of an admixture, 1.2-1.5 parts of an additive, and 0.45-1 part of a syntheticfiber. In the concrete formulation, by addition of the admixture formed by a mixture of two or more of silica fume, fly ash, metakaolin, zeolite powder, limestone powder and quartz powder, mechanicalproperties of the concrete are effectively improved; and the used polycarboxylic acid additive can work together with the admixture to improve a particle piling-up state, promote full interactive hydration of ultra-fine powders with different activities, improve reactivity of a cementitious material, and further improve strength of the high-strength concrete.
