Abstract

The invention relates to a solid microbial agent for preventing diseases and increasing yield of potatoes and a preparation method, wherein the active ingredient of the solid microbial agent for preventing diseases and increasing yield of potatoes includes bacillus amyloliquefaciens PHODG36, and also contains a dispersing agent, a wetting agent and filler. The invention also discloses the method for preparing the microbial agent, which comprises the following steps: preparing the bacillus amyloliquefaciens PHODG36 fermentation liquor by fermentation, and fully and uniformly mixing the preparedfermentation liquor with other raw materials in a mechanical mixing manner, thereby obtaining the solid microbial agent.
