Abstract

The application relates to an ionization system, a mass spectrometry analysis system and a sample introduction method thereof. The ionization system includes a laser ablation device, a microwave plasma torch and a connection tube. The laser ablation device is used to carry out laser desorption on a sample to enable the sample to produce a fine-grained aerosol. The microwave plasma torch includes arectangular tube, a tuning piece, a microwave component and an igniter. The rectangular tube is used to introduce the fine-grained aerosol and carrier gas. The microwave component is used to transmitmicrowave energy. The igniter is used to generate a plasma flame torch at an opening end of the microwave plasma torch to enable the fine-grained aerosol and charged particles to be converted into ions. One end of the connection tube is in communication with the laser ablation device, and the other end is in communication with the rectangular tube. The connection tube is used to introduce the fine-grained aerosol output by the laser ablation device and the carrier gas into the rectangular tube. The ionization system, the mass spectrometry analysis system and the sample introduction method thereof provided by the application can solve the problem of complicated sample introduction existing in traditional ionization mass spectrometry analysis technology.
