Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and discloses a preparation method and application of double-layer metal organic skeleton immobilized HRP. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, preparing Fe-MIL-88A, and enabling Fe-MIL-88A to react with precursor copper acetate of HKUST-1 and 1,3,5-trimellitic acid (H3BTC) in sequence, so as to prepare Fe-MIL-88A@Cu<2+>@H3BTC; and finally, immobilizing horse radish peroxidase (HRP) in a skeleton by adopting a coprecipitation method to obtain a composite material Fe-MIL-88A@HRP@HKUST-1. The prepared compositematerial has strong stability, has high catalytic activity under acidic and high temperature conditions, and still retains 90% or above of the activity after 10 cycles.
