Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: melting polyester fibers and polypropylene fibers according to a mass ratio of 10: 1 to 20: 1 under the protection of a nitrogen environment; subjecting the obtained molten liquid to wire drawing according toa diameter of d1 and a diameter of d2 respectively; cooling obtained filaments in supersaturated CO2 water for 2 min to 5 min; cutting cooled thick filaments to a first length, and cutting cooled thinfilaments into flagellar fibers with a second length; uniformly placing a plurality of flagellar fibers on one thick filament with the first length, and stacking another thick filament on the thick filament and the flagellar fibers; and screwing the two thick filaments to a compact state. The microbial biofilm culturing carrier is prepared by using the above method. The microbial biofilm culturing device comprises the microbial biofilm culturing carrier.
