Abstract

The invention discloses an electrochemical adaptor biosensor based on hydrogel protection, wherein the electrochemical adaptor biosensor is prepared through evenly coating a surface of an electrode with hydrogel. The invention also provides a preparation method of the electrochemical adaptor biosensor, and the method comprises the following steps: preparing hydrogel solution, immersing the electrode in the hydrogel solution, keeping for a period of time and then taking out the electrode, repeating operations, then, freezing the electrode quickly in liquid nitrogen, taking out the electrode andobtaining the electrochemical adaptor biosensor. The electrochemical adaptor biosensor provided by the invention is prepared through evenly coating the surface of the electrode with the hydrogel, when electrochemical adaptor biosensor performs in vivo blood concentration test, micro molecules can penetrate through the hydrogel, micro molecules can not penetrate through the hydrogel, thus, interference of hemoglobin can be prevented effectively, electrode stability is improved, and accurate test of in vivo blood concentration is realized further.
