Embodiment Construction

[0031] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0032] Such as Figure 1-10 As shown, the post-installation radiotherapy device in the bladder cavity includes a four-lumen catheter 1, and four channels are opened inside the four-lumen catheter 1, which are respectively a balloon air intake channel 11, a normal saline injection channel 12, a radiation guide wire channel 13, and an urination channel. 14.

[0033] The end of the four-lumen catheter 1 is fixedly sleeved with a balloon 8, and the side wall of the balloon 8 is provided with a plurality of single guide wire channels 81 along the axial direction. The outlets are connected, and the outlets of multiple single guide wire channels 81 are closed. In actual use, the bladder capacity is measured by imaging means such as B-ultrasound or magnetic resonance before treatment, and an appropriate-sized airbag is selected according to the distance from the top wall of ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bladder intra-cavity afterloading radiotherapy device. The device includes a catheter containing four cavities; the head, carrying an airbag, of the device is placed into a bladder; after the catheter completely enters the bladder and the roof of the bladder, normal saline can be injected into the bladder through a normal saline injecting channel, so that the bladder canbe just filled; the airbag is inflated through an airbag air inlet channel, so that the urine and the normal saline in the bladder can be discharged through a urinating channel while the airbag gets bigger until the airbag is just attached to a bladder wall; according to actual situations such as wound surfaces in the bladder and the position of a ureteral orifice, the radiation dose of each partcan be calculated; the parts, on one end of a radioactive source interface pipe, of radioactive guide wires are connected to a radioactive source, so that radiotherapy can be carried out; and after the radiotherapy is finished, the airbag can be emptied, and the catheter can be pulled out. The device can effectively performs internal radiation on bladder mucosa, reduce radiation injuries to surrounding tissue and organs and decrease non-uniform irradiation caused by bladder activity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to medical auxiliary equipment, in particular to a post-installation radiotherapy device in the bladder cavity, which is suitable for intracavity radiotherapy of bladder tumors in urology. Background technique [0002] Bladder cancer is a common and highly recurrent malignant tumor of the urinary system. The most common pathological type is urothelial carcinoma, which is sensitive to chemotherapy. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor is the first choice for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer, but these tumors often recur and can develop into muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Chemotherapy is an important adjuvant treatment for muscle-invasive bladder cancer besides radical cystectomy. It can not only prolong the survival time of advanced patients, but also improve their quality of life. Traditional single-drug therapy has a low effective rate. At present, platinum-based combined chemotherapy regimens are often used, especially n...
