Abstract

Due to a fact that a front-back pressure difference is large, two throttling pieces are directly added at an inlet in a bottom of a valve body, the throttling pieces achieve a two-stage pressure reduction effect, and an initial speed of a fluid entering into an inner cavity to scour inner pieces is reduced. The valve inner pieces of the angle valve is completely made of urea-grade austenite U3 stainless steel so that corrosion is reduced, and the valve innerpieces can be used for a long time. A valve core and a novel noise reduction cage are forged integrally, mechanical strength of the internal pieces is guaranteed, and valve core breakage caused by vibration is avoided. The novel noise reduction cage is additionally arranged in the valve internal pieces, and an unbalanced force caused by scouring is balanced through flow holes which are unevenly distributed. Special guidance exists between the novel noise reduction cage and the valve core, the valve core can be supported and fixed, and vibration generated by the valve core is reduced. The improved high-pressure angle valve can better face various challenges in a urea process.
