According to the invention, four standard nitrates or nitrites, namely, USGS32, USGS34, IAEA-NO-3 and RSIL-N7373 ofpseudomonas aureofaciens are utilized for gradually reducing nitrate (NO3<->) into nitrite (NO2<->), nitric oxide (NO) and nitrous oxide (N2O) through a denitrification method to obtain four referenceN2O gases with standard [delta]15Nbulk and [delta]15N[alpha] values, linear regression is carried out on an actual measurement value and a true value to obtain a correction equation, and [delta]15N[alpha] and [delta]15Nbulk of an N2O sample to be detected are obtained on the basis of the correction equation, so that the SP value of the N2O gas is calculated.
