The glass fiber reinforced PC material is prepared from the following components inparts by weight: 50 to 95 parts of PC, 5 to 50 parts of modified glass fibers and 1 to 10 parts of a compatilizer. With addition of the modified glass fibers and the compatilizer, the dispersity of the glass fibers in a PC matrix material is improved; meanwhile, the interaction between the glass fibers and the PC matrix material is also enhanced, and the mechanical properties of the glass fiber reinforced PC material are improved; meanwhile, the glass fibers are jointly modified by the elastomer, the coupling agent and rare earth ions and then are added into the PC material, so that the notchimpact strength of the composite material is obviously improved, and the obtained glass fiber reinforced PC material has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, high heat resistance andthe like.
