Abstract

The invention discloses an active and passive magnetic gas hybrid bearing. The active and passive magnetic gas hybrid bearing is a hybrid bearing suspension bearing which is composed of a stator 1, acoil 4, a permanent magnet 5, a gas foil bearing 13 and an auxiliary supporting structure, namely a left insulating liner 2 and a right insulating liner 3, wherein the coil is wound around a magneticpole 9, the permanent magnet 5 is installed at a magnetic pole gap 10 close to the center position, and the permanent magnet and an electromagnetic magnetic circuit are kept in the same direction; andthe gas foil bearing 13 is installed on a bearing base composed of the left insulating liner 2, the right insulating liner 3 and the permanent magnet 5 and is fixed through a cylindrical pin 8. The active and passive magnetic-gas hybrid bearing has the comprehensive characteristics of an active magnetic suspension bearing, a passive magnetic suspension bearing and a foil bearing; a magnetic fieldgenerated by a permanent magnet 8 replaces a static bias magnetic field of an electromagnet, so that the power consumption of a power amplifier is remarkably reduced; when a rotor rotates at a low speed, the permanent magnet 8 and a electromagnetic bearing provide load, and when the rotor rotates at a high speed, the foil bearing 13 and the permanent magnet 8 provide load, and the electromagneticbearing provides extra dynamic rigidity and damping to realize adjustment of bearing capacity of the bearing and improvement of stability.
