A low-frequency lumped parameter capacitor or inductor is replaced with a microstrip line form, high impedance is 500-5000 times of load impedance through various single or combined microstrip line forms, and the transmission of 12GHz-12.5 GHz alternating current signals on a power supply network is prevented; the low impedance is close to 0 ohm, and an alternating current signal is provided to a ground loop.
