Abstract
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant color master batch and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant color master batch comprises the following main components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of iron oxide red, 2-8 parts of an antioxidant, 70-100 parts of nylon, 0.5-3.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.1-4.1 parts of carbon black and 0.1-1.9 parts of a pigment. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing the raw materials according to the formula mentioned above; (2) putting the raw materials prepared in the step (1) into a constant-speed stirrer, and stirring for 5-10 minutes at a stirring temperature of 80-110 DEG C; and (3) putting the uniformly mixed mixture in the step (2) into a double-screw extruder, melting, blending, and granulating. The invention provides the color master batch which is high in tolerable temperature and does not change color or deform.
