Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a CMOS rectifying circuit. The CMOS rectifying circuit comprises a circuit input end; a circuit output end; a load capacitor which is respectively connected with the input end and the output end; a first PMOS power tube and a second PMOS power tube; a first NMOS power tube and a second NMOS power tube; a first comparator circuit and a second comparator circuit; a first dynamic bias circuit and a second dynamic bias circuit; and a first phase inverter and a second phase inverter; wherein a grid electrode of the first PMOS power tube is connected with thefirst comparator circuit, and a grid electrode of the second PMOS power tube is connected with the second comparator circuit; the first dynamic bias circuit is connected with the first comparator circuit; the second dynamic bias circuit is connected with the second comparator circuit; grid electrodes of the first NMOS power tube and the second NMOS power tube are in cross connection; a grid electrode of the first NMOS power tube is connected with an output rear end of the second phase inverter; and a grid electrode of the second NMOS power tube is connected with an output rear end of the first phase inverter. The embodiment of the invention further provides an implantable instrument.
