Abstract

The invention discloses a permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation control method based on a self-adaptive super-spiral algorithm, wherein a self-adaptive law is introduced into a super-spiral algorithm to form a speed loop controller, and a speed loop controller module is added to a permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation control system, so that the speed regulation controlof a motor is achieved. The method comprises the following steps: (1) making the current id of the d axis of a current loop equal to 0; (2) outputting the q-axis reference current through an ASTW controller by a system; (3) performing coordinate transformation on the d-axis reference current and the q-axis reference current through an FOC algorithm to obtain d-axis current and q-axis current; and(4) forming a double-closed-loop control system by adopting deviation control. According to the method, the self-adaptive law is added into the super-spiral algorithm, so that the super-spiral gain changes along with the change of disturbance; the controller can realize accurate speed regulation control without knowing the specific value of the uncertain disturbance boundary, so that unnecessarybuffeting caused by overlarge selection of the control gain due to inaccurate estimation of the boundary value is avoided; and the dynamic response speed of the system can be increased, and the disturbance rejection, the control precision and the operation reliability are improved.
