Abstract

The process comprises the following steps that: wastewater is filtered by coarse and fine grids and then fed into a water collecting tank and a centrifuge for separation and filtration; the separated and filtered wastewater is fed into an adjusting tank for mixing; the mixed wastewater is fed into ZC electro-catalysis equipment to be subjected to pulse current impact and electro-catalysis treatment; sludge generated by wastewater oxidation by the ZC electro-catalysis equipment matched with a precipitator is fed into a sludge concentration tank and is treated by a sludge dewatering machine and then transported outwards for treatment; the sludge-removed wastewater is input into a biochemical treatment unit, the biochemical treatment unit comprises an anoxic membrane pool, an aerobic membrane pool, a facultative membrane pool and an MBR membrane pool, and water generated after biochemical treatment is sent into a clean water pool for disinfection and then is discharged after reaching the standard.
