The ratio of the L-polylactic acid to the D-polylactic acid tothe heat-stable resin is 20%-80%: 10%-50%: 5%-40%. Through the combination of polylactic acids and the heat-stable resin, heat stability of the cigarette tow is improved while crystallinity is reduced, shrinkage cannot happen in the high temperature environment, and bonding between tows is effectively ensured.
