Abstract

The invention discloses a rubber material for an asphalt-based waterproof system. The rubber material comprises, by weight, 35 to 65 parts of asphalt, 5 to 30 parts of a modifier, 15 to 30 parts of mineral powder, 0.001 to 0.02 part of a cross-linking agent, 0.001 to 0.02 part of a heat stabilizer and 0.001 to 0.05 part of a viscosity regulator, and the modifier comprises one or more of SBS, SBR,IIR and SIS. By adding the crosslinking agent and optimizing the proportion of the modifier, crosslinking of the asphalt and the modifier can be achieved, and the obtained asphalt-based waterproof rubber material is good in heat resistance and high in bonding performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber materials, and in particular relates to a rubber material for an asphalt-based waterproof system. Background technique [0002] Modified asphalt refers to the asphalt binder made by adding modifiers such as rubber, polymer or other fillers, or taking measures such as mild oxidation of asphalt to improve the performance of asphalt or asphalt mixture. For example, the rubber compound obtained by adding styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers (SBCs) to asphalt has the characteristics of good waterproof performance, good low-temperature flexibility, high elongation, and convenient construction, so it is widely used in waterproof materials. In the existing technology, the modifier does not undergo obvious chemical reaction under the condition of blending with asphalt, but only physically swells. There is no reaction connection point between the two, and the performance drops significantly after repeated ...
