Problems solved by technology

[0003] The fermentation cost of Paecilomyces is low and the fermentation effect is good. However, in industrial production applications, the fermentation time is too long, generally 5-7 days, and the direct spraying of the bacterial liquid into the tobacco stems will introduce more obvious miscellaneous gases, which will affect the quality of the tobacco. Terrier quality
At present, the fermented cut tobacco stems in the tobacco industry have defects such as low moisture content, poor fermentation effect, and high moisture content, which affect the fermentation efficiency and quality of cut tobacco stems.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for solid-state fermentation of tobacco stems by using paecilomyces varioti liquid filtrate, which belongs to the technical field of microbial fermentation and comprises the following steps: (1) inoculating paecilomyces varioti strains onto a slant culture medium for culture to obtain slant strain; (2) inoculating the slant strain into a seed culture medium for culture, and culturing for 3-6 days at a constant rotating speed and a constant temperature to obtain a seed solution; (3) inoculating the seed solution into a paecilomyces varioti fermentation medium for fermentation for 5-7 days to obtain a paecilomyces varioti solution; (4) filtering the paecilomyces varioti liquid to obtain a filtrate; and (5) uniformly spraying the filtrate into tobacco stems, and carrying out constant-temperature fermentation in a fermentation tank at 40-50 DEG C for 5-10 hours. The tobacco stems are subjected to solid-state fermentation by adopting the paecilomyces variotiliquid filtrate, cell wall substance lignin is degraded and utilized, the lignin degradation rate can exceed 30%, and sensory evaluation results show that wood gas and irritation are weakened, sweetness is improved, and smoke is clean.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial fermentation, and relates to a method for solid-state fermentation of tobacco stems using Paecilomyces liquid filtrate and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Microbial fermentation / enzyme treatment of tobacco is a research hotspot of various China Tobacco companies and colleges and universities. Ten years ago, biological fermentation of tobacco leaves was a hot topic for scientific and technological workers. A large number of research results have shown that treating tobacco leaves with appropriate microorganisms / enzymes can effectively increase the aroma of tobacco leaves and reduce irritation. In recent years, microbial fermentation has been extended to tobacco stems / cut stems. Tobacco stems have a high content of cell wall substances, including cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, lignin, etc., which will produce low-level aldehydes and catechins after combustion. Harmful com...
