Abstract

The invention discloses a probiotic composition and an application thereof. The composition comprises Bifidobacterium lactis HN019 and Lactobacillus, wherein the Lactobacillus includes Lactobacillus plantarum CECT 7481 and Lactobacillus brevis CECT 7480. Researches show that the three strains have a synergistic interaction effect, and the prepared probiotic composition can be colonized in the oralcavity, has an antagonistic effect on oral streptococcus mutans and inhibits colonization of the oral streptococcus mutans in the oral cavity, so that the effect of preventing and reducing the dentalcaries severity caused by the streptococcus mutans is achieved.
