The method comprises thesteps of adding the prepared material into a melting furnace to prepare molten aluminum alloys into cast rods, heating the cast rods to 550-560 DEG C, keeping the heating time for 10-12 hours for heattreatment, adopting high-temperature extrusion when the pipes are extruded so as to ensure good welding, enabling the upper limit of an ingot heating temperature to be slightly lower than an alloy low melting point eutectic melting temperature, adopting high-temperature felt for a material discharging slide-out table, and performing quenching by adopting a strong wind cooling mode.
