The method comprises the following steps of adjusting the height of each bracket of a welding tooling platform before welding to ensure the levelness of the platform surface, placing a single-stringer T-shaped joint fixture on the platform, placing two thin aluminum sheets on the upper surface of the single-stringer T-shaped joint fixture, placing skin material on top of the thin aluminum sheets to form an included angle phi equal to 1.7 degrees with the upper surface of the fixture to eliminate post-welding deformation; placing the stringer perpendicular to the skin, and using the single-stringer T-shaped joint fixture to clamp the stringer to ensure that the position of the stringer is fixed relative to the skin; and using a flexible clamp to act in the middle of the skin to prevent the middle part of the skin from being arched after welding.
