Abstract

The supercharging metering pumps can apply pressure to liquid in the return pipes to drive the liquid into spray nozzles to be atomized in a vacuum high-pressure mixing cavity and mixed. The liquid is mixedin a mist spray mode. The mixing effect is more uniform. The liquid is mixed in the vacuum high-pressure mixing cavity, and no bubbles can be generated in the mixing process. Various types of liquid are mixed in the vacuum high-pressure mixing cavity to form mixed liquor, and the mixed liquid is stirred through a stirring mixer, and the mixing uniformity is further improved. A corresponding liquidstorage tank and the corresponding supercharging metering pump are arranged on each return pipe and can be heated to the appropriate temperature according to properties of different liquid, and appropriate pressure is applied to the liquid storage tank and the supercharging metering pump, and the universality is improved.
