Abstract

The equipment comprises a rack, the rack is provided with a first material conveying mechanism used for feeding, a cutting mechanism used for cutting the photovoltaic cell, a conveying mechanism used for conveying the photovoltaic cell and a second material conveying mechanism used for discharging, and the conveying mechanism is located between the first material conveying mechanism and the second material conveying mechanism; the cutting mechanism comprises a cutting laser used for cutting the photovoltaic cell, a heating laser used for heating the photovoltaic cell and a cooling assembly used for cooling the photovoltaic cell, all of which are sequentially arranged in the conveying direction ofthe photovoltaic cell. The two sides of the photovoltaic cell piece are cut by the cutting laser device, and the heating laser device heats a connecting line area between two cutting marks, so that the photovoltaic cell piece is cut. The equipment and the process have the effects of being high in automation degree, convenient and fast to feed and discharge, high in photovoltaic cell cutting quality and high in machining efficiency.
