Abstract
The invention discloses a silicone rubber key and a preparation method thereof. The key is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-110 parts of silicone rubber, 8-12 parts of ananti-yellowing raw material, 10-18 parts of fumed silica, 8-20 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 1-2 parts of talcum powder and 1-2 parts of a stabilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, preparing a mold, namely performing sand blasting treatment on the surface of the mold to ensure that the surface of the mold is smooth and flat without particles, and putting the mold in a vacuum vulcanizing machine for heating after the mold is treated; and carrying out mixing by an internal mixer, vulcanizing and molding, pattern printing, secondary vulcanizing, oil spraying and laseretching to finally obtain the silicon rubber key. The silicone rubber key disclosed by the invention is not easy to discolor and yellow, strong in weather resistance, good in wear resistance,low in product material cost and relatively high in mechanical strength; and in addition, banbury mixing and then secondary vulcanization molding are carried out during the prearation of the siliconrubber key, so that the content of residual vulcanizing agent decomposition products and the like in the rubber compound is reduced, bubbles are reduced, and the quality of the key is improved.
