The signal transmitter, the signal receiver and the bias voltage controller are electrically connected with the micro motor; the bias voltage controller is also electrically connected with the dielectric layer; the dielectric layer comprises a plurality of layers of dielectric groups which are stacked in sequence; each dielectric group comprises a dielectric A, a hyperbolic material P and a dielectric B which are arranged in sequence; and the hyperbolic material P is formed by stacking a dielectric C and graphene.
