Problems solved by technology

[0004] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is: to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, to provide a composite wavefront tilt correction device and control method for an adaptive optics system, which uses a combination of a tilting mirror and a deformable mirror to correct the wavefront tilt, and solves the wavefront tilt through the time-frequency domain solution. The coupling control method is used to solve the problem that the closed-loop instability of the system is caused by the easy coupling between the tilting mirror and the deforming mirror

Abstract

The invention provides an adaptive optical system wavefront tilt composite correction device and a control method, the device comprises a tilting mirror, a relay optical system, a deformable mirror, awavefront tilt detector, an industrial control computer, a tilting mirror high-voltage amplifier, a deformable mirror high-voltage amplifier and the like, and the device is characterized in that wavefront tilt is corrected by using the combination of the tilting mirror and the deformable mirror. In an adaptive optical system, a driver of the tilting mirror is generally large in stroke but low inresponse speed; a driver of the deformable mirror is small in stroke but high in response speed. A conventional adaptive optical system generally only uses a tilting mirror for wavefront tilt correction, and the deformable mirror is only used for the correction of defocusing, astigmatism and other high-order aberrations. According to the invention, the wavefront tilt is corrected by using the combination of the tilting mirror and the deformable mirror, and the problem of unstable system closed loop caused by easy coupling between the tilting mirror and the deformable mirror is solved through atime-frequency domain decoupling control method. The device and the method have the characteristics of large stroke and quick response and are beneficial to the improvement of the correction precision of wavefront tilt.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a wavefront tilt correction device and a control method of an adaptive optics system, in particular to a composite correction device and a control method for a wavefront tilt of an adaptive optics system based on a combination of a tilting mirror and a deformable mirror. Background technique [0002] Adaptive optics systems typically include two types of wavefront correctors: tilted mirrors and deformable mirrors. Among them, the tilt mirror is usually used to correct the wavefront tilt; the deformable mirror is usually used to correct higher-order aberrations such as defocus and astigmatism above the tilt. When the adaptive optics system is working in a closed loop, it is generally required that the tilt mirror and the deformable mirror perform strict aberration separation during correction, that is, the deformable mirror cannot produce tilt aberration output when correcting high-order aberrations, otherwise it will easily lea...
