Abstract

The invention relates to the field of materials, and particularly discloses an immobilized material, a biological denitrification material, a preparation method and application. The immobilized material is prepared from the following raw materials: polyvinyl alcohol, sodium alginate and poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV). The prepared immobilized material can be added into denitrifying bacteria to prepare the biological denitrification material, and the denitrification effect can be remarkably improved. Meanwhile, the PHBV has the effect of providing a carbon source in denitrification, and the denitrification efficiency can be improved in aquaculture wastewater. Moreover, the preparation method provided by the invention is simple, is capable of improving the denitrificationcapacity of immobilized denitrifying bacteria in low-carbon-nitrogen-ratio wastewater by adding the PHBV, and solves the problems that: existing immobilized materials generally cannot play a role of acarbon source, and denitrifying microorganisms in the low-carbon-nitrogen-ratio wastewater are likely to be incapable of denitrifying due to insufficient carbon source.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of materials, in particular to an immobilized material, a biological denitrification material, a preparation method and an application. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of science and technology, people pay more and more attention to environmental issues. Among them, the method of using microorganisms to remove nitrogen has broad application prospects in environmental governance. Usually, when using denitrifying microorganisms to denitrify water bodies, immobilized materials are used to provide growth space for denitrifying microorganisms, which in turn can make denitrifying microorganisms into a form that is not easy to lose, and can be used to catalyze biochemical reactions for denitrification denitrification. [0003] At present, there are many immobilization materials available for immobilization of microorganisms. Commonly used adsorption materials for microorganism immobilization i...
