Abstract

The invention discloses a method for researching a lactation promotion effect of oysters. The method comprises the following step of: experimental materials including the oysters, female rats and a male rats. The experiment uses the rats all of which are SPF-graded healthy SD rats; a ratio of the female rats to the male rats is 2:1; both the female rats and the male rats are unbred rats on the ageof 8 weeks; a body weight range of the SD female rats is 180g to 200g; and a body weight range of the SD male rats is 200g to 250g. Main experiment reagents include boric acid, sodium carbonate anhydrous, absolute ethyl alcohol, concentrated sulphuric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, potassium sulphate, glucose and n-butyl alcohol. According to the method for researching the lactation promotion effect of the oysters, an overload suckling model is established; the SD rats are used as experiment objects; whether oyster powder has the lactation promotion effect is explored; comparison between lactation yields of the rats in an oyster powder group and a normal group is utilized to illustrate that the oyster powder can improve the lactation yields of the suckling female rats; and comparedto visceral indexes of the female rats in the normal group, visceral indexes of the female rats in the oyster powder group are all higher and accord with the normal healthy physiological level of thesuckling female rats.
